HARNETT COUNTY SUBDIVISION REQUEST
Richmond Park Subdivision (Phase 6) - Preliminary Plat
Pin Number : 9585-91-3861
November 13, 2007
Following a review of the Preliminary Plat for Richmond Park Subdivision (Phase 6), by
the RLUAC staff and Board of Directors, and recognizing that our findings are non-
binding on Harnett County, the RLUAC Board of Directors finds that:
Although the proposed subdivision is located in an area identified as
"Important to Protect" in the 2003 Joint Land Use Study, the parcel is adjacent to
several existing subdivisions and is in essence proposed as "infill" development,
The land does not appear to contain any identified endangered wildlife species
and is well beyond one-half mile of an identified natural heritage site,
There are no identifiable flood plains or Water Supply / Watershed areas on the
land.
RLUAC therefore has no objection to the proposed Richmond Park Subdivision (Phase
6), as reflected in the proposed Preliminary Plat.
Thank you for allowing RLUAC to review this preliminary plat.
