Comments: The developer has installed six (6") inch and two (2") inch water lines in the right-of-way of
the street to serve the residential lots of this subdivision. The developer has provided a cost statement
of
the water system improvements, the P.E. Certification along with the As-Built Record Drawings
(mylar, paper & digital copies) stamped by a P.E. that depict the pipe material, depth, locations and all
related appurtenances including the reducer fittings, valves, fire hydrants, tees and blow off assemblies
as
required by HCDPU in accordance with Harnett County standards.
Sewer
Public sewer is not available for this development (via Harnett County)
Comments: Septic Tanks must be properly sized and installed on each residential building lot to handle
the wastewater disposal as HCDPU does not have county sewer available within close proximity of this
development.
NOTE: The septic tanks for each residential lot must be approved by The Harnett County Environmental
Health Department.

CONDITIONS:
SHORT TERM: Water system final inspection must be performed by the Utility Construction Inspector
with HCDPU.
LONGE RANGE: The developer must provide HCDPU a one (1) year warranty for material defects and
workmanship once the water line(s) have been accepted by HCDPU and placed into operation. Final
approval has been issued by NCDENR-PWSS; however, the capacity use fees must be paid by the
developer before any meters may be installed for this subdivision.
