The applicant, Terri Cieri, is requesting approval for The Ridge at Sherwood Forest
Preliminary Subdivision Plat. The proposed subdivision is a 19 lot single family
residential development with lot sizes ranging from .44 acres to 1.89 acres. This project
is proposed to be developed in two phases. The proposed street is 1320 linear feet with a
cul-de-sac located at the end of proposed street, note that a 50’ rights of way abuts the

The applicant is requesting that the proposed development be treated as a separate
development from the Sherwood Forest Subdivision. This application has come before
the Planning Board on two other occasions, (Exhibit A, Minutes for the January 7, 2003
& December 3, 2002 Planning Board Meeting).
