Front Street, Lillington, NC 27546 Phone: (910) 893-7525 Fax: (910) 893-2793 Development Name: Meadows of Neils Creek Property Description PIN(s): 0665-70-7320.000 Acreage: 65.47 acres Address/SR No.: SR 1415 (Rawls Church Road) & SR 1448 (Atkins Road) Water Public water is available for this development (via Harnett County) Comments: HCDPU has an existing six (6") inch water line on SR 1448 (Atkins Road) that should be able to adequately serve the proposed subdivision. The utility plans for the proposed water lines that will serve this subdivision have been submitted to HCDPU and NCDENR. HCDPU has previously approved the utility plans and NCDENR has issued the "Authorization to Construct" permit under Serial # 07-00426 for the new six (6") inch water lines to be installed to serve this subdivision. The utility contractor may schedule the pre-construction conference with the HCDPU Utility Construction Inspector. HCDPU will inspect the new water line extensions and test them in accordance with the established Approval Process for New Water Line Extensions as outlined on the Harnett County website www.harnett.org under the Public Utilities page. Once the construction, inspection and testing has been completed in per Harnett County Department of Public Utilities (HCDPU) requirements; the professional engineer must submit the As-Built Record Drawings, PE Certification and Cost Statement to HCDPU in accordance with the established Approval Process for New Water Line Extensions as outlined on the Harnett County website www.harnett.org under the Public Utilities page. The Developer and Contractor must provide HCDPU with a one (1) year warranty on the new water lines that serve this subdivision once approved by HCDPU and NCDENR-PWSS. NOTE: HCDPU provides this information as a curteousy to the developer and professional engineer for design purposes. However, HCDPU cannot be held liable for errors, mistakes, ommissions, and inaccurate information provided through this preliminary and/or final plat approval process. It is therefore recommended that the professional engineer or developer "field verify" the information provided by HCDPU. Sewer Public sewer is not available for this development (via Harnett County) Comments: HCDPU does not have an existing sewer collection system within close proximity of this project site and the residential lots in this proposed development must be provided with individual septic tanks and associated drain fields that meet the established requirements of the Harnett County Environmental Health Department.
