Jay,
I have not received the utility plans for the water line construction yet, but I would anticipate no problems when
they submit those plans.
Public Utilities has no reason to hold or deny the approval of the preliminary plat. The approximate location of the
water line and fire hydrants have been shown on the preliminary plat. Therefore the Planning Dept may approve
the developer’s project as far as Public Utilities is concerned. If you have any questions let me know.

review. It has been scanned and placed on the P: drive in the Summer Hill Prelim file. Please check to
make sure they have addressed all comments and it is OK to sign.
