To whom this may concern:
This is to inform you that the Harnett County Planning Board denied the preliminary plat
for the above referenced subdivision on August 1, 2005, due to the following conditions:
Maintenance and ownership of the storm water detention ponds was not specified.
Storm water detention ponds were reduced in size and/ or relocated, yet the proper
calculations/ documentations were not presented to determine that this redesign is
adequate.
