The Developer must hire a licensed Utility Contractor to install water service taps for each lot>
These taps must be made on Harnett County's existing six (6") inch water line in accordance
with the current HCDPU Standards and Specifications.
The developer shall have a PE submit to HCDPU a set of As Built Record Drawings indicating
the location of the new water service taps and associated meter boxes.
The developer must pay HCDPU the capacity fees ($700.00 per lot) for these new taps before
any meters may be set on any lot.
An alternative would be that the developer could pay HCDPU $1,525.00 per lot for the taps to
be installed by HCDPU and the above items would not be required.
