Front Street, Lillington, NC 27546 Phone: (910) 893-7525 Fax: (910) 893-2793 Development Name: Johnson Farms - Phase II FINAL Property Description PIN(s): 0651-81-2122 Acreage: 0.00 acres Address/SR No.: Bruce Johnson Road (SR# 1434) Water Public water is available for this development (via Harnett County) Comments: The water lines installed to serve Johnson Farms Subdivision-Phase II were permitted with the North Carolina Department of Environment & Nautral Resources , Division of Environmental Health - Public Water Supply Section under Serial #06-00967 in July 2006. The various water lines in Phase II have been installed in accordance with the approved plans. The water lines that have been installed have been inspected, pressure tested and each water line has been disinfected per Harnett County established procedures. The final inspection of the water lines in Phase II of Johnson Farms Subdivision was completed on June 7, 2007 by HCDPU. NCDENR has issued the Final Approval for the water lines in this subdivision, but the meters cannot be released to the project until the Capoacity Use Fees have been satified with HCDPU and the Developer has provided the Cost Statement to HCDPU for the water line improvements. Once the new water lines have been approved by Harnett County Department of Public Utilities (HCDPU) North Carolina Department of Environment & Nautral Resources, Division of Environmental Health - Public Water Supply Section then the Developer and Contractor must provide HCDPU with a one (1) year warranty on the new water lines that serve this phase of the subdivision. NOTE: HCDPU provides this information as a curteousy to the developer and professional engineer for design purposes. However, HCDPU cannot be held liable for errors, mistakes, ommissions, and inaccurate information provided through this preliminary and/or final plat approval process. It is therefore recommended that the professional engineer or developer "field verify" the information provided by HCDPU. Sewer Public sewer is not available for this development (via Harnett County) Comments: Septic Tanks must be properly sized and installed on each residential building lot to handle the wastewater disposal as HCDPU does not have county sewer available within close proximity of this development. The septic tanks for each residential lot must be approved by The Harnett County Environmental Health Department. NOTE: HCDPU provides this information as a curteousy to the developer, land surveyor and professional engineer for design purposes. However, HCDPU cannot be held liable for errors, mistakes, ommissions, and inaccurate information provided through this preliminary approval process. It is therefore recommended that the engineer or developer "field verify" the information provided by HCDPU prior to purchasing, grading, excavating, clearing, or developing the subject property.
