The existing water line along Cotton Road (SR 1426) is a four (4") inch water line. Another
developer has submitted plans to upgrade this four (4") inch water line to a six (6") inch water
line for Cottonwood Farms. The developer A&D Developers has agreed to participate with the
developer of Cottonwood Farms to share the cost of the water line upgrade. Once the water
line is upgraded from a four (4") inch water line to a six (6") inch water line then there will be
sufficient capacity for this proposed development of 88 lots as well as the Cottonwood Farms
