The application has been submitted to NCDENR - Division of Water Quality, but the permit has not been issued yet. This permit must be issued for the sewer collection lines added in Phase 1 as well as any additional lines that will be added in Phases 2 & 3. A twenty (20') feet wide easement must be provided to Harnett County for all utilities not  installed within the right-of-way of the subdivision streets.
