The sewer collection permit WQ#0031668 for SC WW Phase 1A must be modified for the
additional sewer collection lines added to serve Phase 1. The application has been submitted to
NCDENR - Division of Water Quality, but the permit has not been issued yet. This permit must
be issued for the sewer collection lines added in Phase 1 as well as any additional lines that will
be added in Phases 2 & 3.
A twenty (20') feet wide easement must be provided to Harnett County for all utilities not
installed within the right-of-way of the subdivision streets.

Gravity sewer for Phase 1 must be completed by the completion of Phase 3 in order to convert
houses on Turnbridge way from pump tanks to gravity sewer.
The current Pump and Haul permit may need to be modified to incorporate Phases 2 & 3 if the
sewer collection system is not operational by the time these phases are completed.
