DEVELOPMENT DISSCUSSION POINTS
The Board of Adjustment approved this PUD with the condition of another entrance if
feasible. However, planning staff feels that it is not feasible, due to the existing lot layout.
Planning staff recommends that provided stub-outs be maintained for the use of
o
emergency access.
The patio homes will have to get site plan approval.
INTERCONNECTIVITY
Where, in the opinion of the Planning Board it is necessary to provide for access to an
adjoining property, proposed streets shall be extended by dedication to the boundary of
such property.
