REQUEST
The applicant, Enoch Engineers, is requesting approval for the Outline Development Plan
and Preliminary Subdivision Plat approval. The proposed Edinburgh PUD is a 97 lot
single family residential development with 8.4 acres of open space and recreational area,
1.44 acres of this area is covered by water.
FUTURE ACTION:
The Board Adjustment approved the proposed Edinburgh PUD for the conditional use
permit at the April 16, 2003 meeting.
