REQUEST
The applicant, Keith Bullock, is requesting a preliminary plat and outline development plan for a
Dexterfield Planned Unit Development (PUD). The proposed Dexterfield PUD is a 68 lot single
family residential development with 6.8 acres of open space and recreational area. According to
the Land Use Plan, this area is projected to be a mixture of Agriculture-Low Density Residential,
Compact Mixed Use, and a Rural Development Node. Located on an adjacent lot is a
communications tower. It meets all required setbacks, which are equal to the height of the tower.
The project was approved by the Harnett County BOA at the November meeting. They did
express concerns regarding another entrance or providing a stub out.
