A major subdivision in this area will require a water line upgrade from four (4") inch to six (6") inch to provide adequate fire flow to the project site. Sewer Public sewer is not available for this development (via Harnett County) Comments: Soil Scientist must provide report to Environmental Health Dept. All permits for this project must be obtained from NCDENR and posted on site prior to start of construction. The PE should submit at three (3) copies of the Utility Plans, Engineer's Report and Project Specifications along with a three party NCDOT Encroachment Agreement to HCDPU for review and subsequent approval. NOTE: The developer must extend a new six (6") inch water line from Christian Light Road (SR 1412) along Hardee Road (SR 1427) to Cotton Road (SR 1426) in order to serve this project.
