RE: Colonial Hills Subdivision
Dear Mr. Webster,
Our office did receive your message and letter, but unfortunately could not
reach you with the number that was left on the message. I have attached
copies of two phases in which ADK Partners are showing as the developer
on record of Colonial Hills Subdivision. ADK Partners are responsible for
the roads until they are turned over to the Department of Transportation.
According to David Plummer, with DOT phases one and two have been
turned over to the state. However, phase three is at fifty percent (50%)
built out stage and needs to be turned over to DOT by the time the County
has issued building permits for seventy-five percent (75%) of the lots
shown on record plat or the county will not issue anymore building
permits. Please contact the Planning Office in regards to this matter at
your earliest convenience.
