The applicant, Streamline Surveying, is requesting approval for the revised
Colonial Hills Preliminary Subdivision Plat. The proposed subdivision is 85 lot
single family residential development.
This preliminary subdivision was originally approved for 84 lots by the Harnett
County Planning Board at the March 2, 1999 meeting.
This project will be developed in three phases
Both the recreational area and the first cul-de-sac in the northwest corner with
five lots are proposed to be removed
Street Length – Staff believes based on the criteria for Common Law Vested
Rights that the development as approved by the Planning Board in 1999 qualifies,
thus the street length would not be an issue
