Please be aware that review will not be done while you wait, as all DRB members will have to review the plat/plan for compliance. If HELD, you must submit 5 copies of the plat/plan showing that all items listed under Short Term Conditions have been rectified. To attend the next DRB meeting, revised plat/plans must be submitted by noon on Wednesday following the meeting the application was put on hold. If DENIED, you may appeal the Board’s Decision to the Harnett County Planning Board within 30 days or meet with Planning Staff to discuss other potential options. STREET NAME NEEDED FOR THE STUB OUT AT LOTS 29 & 30.  EXT SHOULD BE REMOVED FROM GREEN LINKS DR. HCDPU has received only one blueprint (paper) copy and Sheet S-5 contains lots 191 -196 that are not shown on the final plat to be approved for recording. The Developer must provide HCDPU with a cost statement  indicating the total cost of the water system improvements installed to serve the Carolina Seasons - Phase 2 Section 1 subdivision. The Utility Contractor must complete all punch list items from  the HCDPU final inspection on water system installed to serve the Carolina Seasons - Phase 2 Section 1 subdivision.
