Following a review of the Preliminary Plat for Carolina Oaks Subdivision, by the
RLUAC staff and Board of Directors, and recognizing that our findings are non-binding
on Harnett County, the RLUAC Board of Directors finds that:
The proposed subdivision is outside of the 2003 Joint Land Use Study review
area and is therefore beyond the airport low-level approach-way and high-noise
level areas,
The land does not appear to contain any significant natural heritage areas, and
There are no identifiable flood plains or Water Supply / Watershed areas on the
land.
RLUAC therefore has no objection to the proposed Carolina Oaks Subdivision as
reflected in the proposed Preliminary Plat.
