The water line was permitted by NCDENR for Phase 1 under Permit # 05-01009 for only 52 lots. The previously recorded plat for Phase 1 of Tingen Place included 22 lots and the final plat for Phase 2 of Tingen Place may only include 30 lots. The final plat for Phase 2 can be approved now that Lot #12 has been moved to Phase 3. The water lines to serve Phase 3 must be approved by HCDPU and NCDENR - Department of Environmental Health, Public Water Supply Section before construction may begin on Phase 3. The developer must provide HCDPU with a one (1) year warranty for the water lines installed to serve the Phases 1 & 2. NOTE: HCDPU provides this information as a curteousy to the developer, land surveyor and professional engineer for design purposes. However, HCDPU cannot be held liable for errors, mistakes, ommissions, and inaccurate information provided through this preliminary approval process. Sewer Public sewer is not available for this development (via Harnett County) Comments: Septic Tanks must be properly sized and installed on each residential building lot to handle the wastewater disposal as HCDPU does not have county sewer available within close proximity of this development. The septic tanks for each residential lot must be approved by The Harnett County Environmental Health Department.
