I have attached the other two sheets which I had not included in my last email, the U-1 sheet showing the phase
line and the E-1 (existing conditions sheet). All are shown with today's date.
Since you indicated that you did not need the 24 x 36 Sheets until the end of the week, I am sending the
requested folded copies in the Mail. You should get by Wed., unless the mail goof up somehow.
Let me know if that is a problem and we can get them hand delivered.

Hey Don.
Mr. Surles came in this morning and notified me of what would be going on with this project. The
phase lines are a minor change and can be easily accommodated.
If possible, please get us 5 of the larger plat packets (24” X 36A) for the planning board (they will
need the most up-to-date versions of the plats for review) by the end of this week.

I hope this email is finding you well this Monday.
The developer of this Subdivision has asked that we indicate a Phase Line within the Layout of
the Subdivision and submit the Plan to you as a modification to the Prelim. Sub'n submittal.
Hugh Surles, the developer of this Sub'n has apparently talked to the Planning Director about this

who indicated that this would be considered a Minor Modification to the Plan, and would not delay
the submittal's review by the Planning Board.
I have attached 3 PDF's of the Plan, showing the Phase Line between the Phase One and the
Phase Two in the Development. To assist you in this Modification, I have also added some
information breakdown in the Project Data on these Phases: (25 & 32 Lots, 22.7 and 25.04 acres,
and 1,788 lf & 2,168 lf roadways).
For your review and Use.
If there is additional information you might need for this Phasing Modification, please let me know.
