The utility plans have been previously reviewed by HCDPU based upon a different lot layout.
Revised utility plans must be submitted to HCDPU for review and subsequent approval based
upon the current preliminary plat submitted to the Development Review Board.
HCDPU approval of the utilities is contingent upon the Fire Marshal’s approval of the fire
hydrant layout.
The developer must provide HCDPU with a Master Development Plan including the proposed
streets, lots and phase lines if future development is planned for this property.
