CONDITIONS:
SHORT TERM:
The utility construction is completed. All inspections have been finished and the utility
contractor installed the water line and services according to the NCDENR & HCDPU approved
plans. The PE has submitted the As-Built Record Drawings, PE Certifications for the water
system. The contractor provided HCDPU with a Cost Statement for the water system
improvements.
HCDPU approval of the utilities is contingent upon the Fire Marshal’s approval of the fire
hydrant locations. The fire hydrants were installed according to the approved layout with the
preliminary plat approval.
