HomeMy WebLinkAboutPU-SR-01 The Professional Engineer must obtain the NCDOT Three Party Encroachment Agreement for  the proposed work to be done within the NCDOT right-of-way. The NCDOT Three Party Encroachment Agreement was issued through Marziano & Minier, but the Utility Plans have been modified since that agreement was issued by NCDOT. Therefore the NCDOT Three Party Encroachment Agreement must be admended with NCDOT and re-issued for the revised Utility Plans. The Developer originally planned to install dry sewer collection lines for this subdivision as was  done in Westerfield Farms I under an agreement with Harnett County. However, HCDPU has installed the 21" Little River Outfall line past the subject property and the proposed sewer collection lines may be designed, permitted with NCDENR-Division of Water Quality without delay once the Professional engineers completes the sewer system design and obtains the appropriate sewer collection permit for this development. The Developer must acquire any and all easements from adjoining property owners to extend  the sewer collections lines from the 21" Little River Outfall liner to the proposed development. The easements must be turned over to HCDPU and recorded with the Harnett County register of Deeds. The necessary easements should be 30 feet wide for the Temporary Construction Easement (TCE) and 20 feet wide for the Permanent Easement (PE). These necessary easements must be obtained prior to start of construction.
