FYI-
The developer brought in a ‘master plan’ for this project, along with a DRB app and some supplemental info. He
said he met with you, Mark, and Joseph on this and that yous told him that he could just submit a master plan
then go to final. I’m sure he misunderstood you (or was trying to get around paying fees) so I had Theresa charge
him for preliminary. He only had 2 copies of his map. I told him to get the other copies to us by tomorrow. Also,
I told Theresa to let you know immediately if there was anything missing from the application. I thought I would
give you a heads up so that you knew what was said.
