FYI-
I just got off the phone with Thomas Blue regarding Westerfield Farms II. This has already been
approved; however due to soils (if I remember correctly) they will not be able to do the project as
approved. H called to find out what he would have to do as far as submittal. He’s really upset about
having to meet the subdivision regulations. I know for a fact that I informed him that he would have to
submit prior to approval of the new regulations if he didn’t want to meet them. This was months ago
when he came in to meet with me regarding his proposal. Nothing has been submitted. Joseph also met
with him on this. He said he’s going to speak with his attorney on this… Just wanted to give you a heads
up.
