That was good news as HCPU is designing the trunk line and we will have to design our attachments internal in the subdivision. On the Ray Rd side he said to submit a master plat to the new planning 3/20/2009 Page 2 of 5 board and based on the paperwork, plans and approvals already submitted (2006-2007). He “didn’t think” we would have a problem to proceed under the 15,000 sf Lot regulations. He said that there were a lot of people caught up in similar situations waiting on the sewer or sewer connections. He told us to go ahead with our engineering and he was confident it would be approved subject to the OK of his supervisors (Mr. Locklear and Mr. Jefferies). So, I intend to commission the engineers to obtain the invert of the interceptor line, design the trunk line per my agreement with Rodney, finish the drawings for submission for the sewer and water and, th hopefully, have a preliminary plat ready by June 11 for submission to nd the July 2 planning board meeting. I’ve stopped by to see you and left messages but we can’t seem to connect. You had said that you were going to Planning and brief them on the cause of the delays and seek their cooperation to treat this under the zoning in force at the time all this was originally drawn and agreed upon. I don’t know what the result of that meeting was but we are meeting with Jeff Sykes and his staff on Tuesday at 10:00 AM according to my calendar. Perhaps you may want to join us then so any questions that might be asked can be immediately resolved with input from HCPU. I really need to get this contract with the county completed so we can get our engineers to finalize their work and start on the trunk line. Summer is nearly upon us and the season to build road, install utilities and landscape is now. If there is something I can do to help this out please let me know. Thank you for your time.
