Re: Woodbridge Subdivision preliminary review
To Whom It May Concern:
I have reviewed the following preliminary subdivision plan and offer the following
comments:
The correct township is Johnsonville
Lot lines and building lines must show bearings and distances
Please provide table showing measurements for L #’s so that minimum lot
dimensional requirements of Zoning and Subdivision Ordinance can be
determined
Show location of existing waterlines, sewer lines, and other utilities
Please provide legend for symbols being used
A permanent dead-end street shall not exceed 2000 feet in length – measured
from its beginning point on a through street to its end in the center of the
turnaround of the cul-de-sac or the end of a temporary turnaround. The Site Data
table shows Hannah Lori Drive measures 2,418 feet.
The plan shows 60 single family lots and the Site Data table shows 49 single
family lots
Athens Lane was approved by Enhanced 9-1-1 Addressing, your Site Data table
refers to Athena Lane
The deadline for submitting subdivision plats was on April 23, 2001. Since this plan will
require revisions it will not be presented to the Planning Board on May 2, 2001. You will
need to resubmit your revisions by May 14, 2001 to go before the Planning Board on
