Please be aware that an application for a Variance has been filed with this office for the
above referenced property. According to the application, you are the applicant.
The applicant is requesting a variance of one foot two inches from the thirty-five foot
front setback requirement which is required under Article VI, Section 7.3 “Dimensional
Requirements” of the RA-20R zoning district of the Zoning Ordinance.
This application will be heard by the Harnett County Board of Adjustment at a
public hearing to be held at 7:00 P.M. on Monday, April 11, 2005 in the Harnett
County Courthouse; Courtroom 6, Third Floor; 301 W Cornelius Harnett Blvd.
Lillington, NC 27546. All interested parties will be given the opportunity to be
heard.
Copies of the application are available for public view Monday through Friday between
the hours of 8:00 A.M. and 5:00 P.M. at the Harnett County Planning Department, 102
East Front Street, P.O. Box 65, Lillington, NC 27546.
