REQUEST:
The applicant is requesting a 1.2’ variance from the 35 foot front setback requirement in
an RA-20R zoning district. The front right corner of the foundation is 33.8’ from the front property
line.
BACKGROUND:
The portion of the lot in question is .46 acres and is located within the Anderson
Creek Township. The area is medium density residential and surrounding land uses include single
family homes. Site distance is good. The annual average daily traffic count is approximately 520
vehicle trips per day.
