They did previously handle their signs, but they asked us to start replacing and
Switching out the wood signs. So, yes the signs do come from us.
The cost will be 1125.00 as listed on the staff report from 11/28/07

Do they buy street signs for you or provide their own? If they provide their own, do they still have to pay
the fee?
I asked the developer on Tuesday and he said he wouldn’t mind purchasing them, that it didn’t matter to
them either way. My question would be, if they have NOT purchased street signs for previous phases but
they want to now, would they be allowed to do that?
