Hi Bruce: I had a chance to review the contract and review documents at planning. I am of the opinion that you, as an
assignee of Patton, are not required to pay waste water capacity fees for Block T, Phase VII of Carolina Lakes. This
morning I communicated this opinion to Jay Sikes in the planning department and Steve Ward in public utilities. They

Hi Jennifer,
I just got off the phone with Mark Locklear and he understands the dilemma that we are in concerning
Lakeside Manor.
He asked that Bob Bracken redo his estimate to include the 25 platted lots and I told him that you had just
recieved the information from the agreement between Bluegreen and the Sewer Water district. (Bob is
now traveling to meet with Mark this pm to make sure that we do not jeopardize our date on the 28th).
If we are not responsible for the the capacity fees of $184,000 the bond is overfunded, which solves the
Planning Board's deadline.
If on the other hand we are, we need to add about $70,000 to our bond, and it can be done prior to the
28th, but it can not be accomplished today.
Not a big problem, I just don't want to get out in front of the Planning Board with incorrect information.
