DIRECTIONS
From Lillington: Take US Hwy 27 west. Turn left onto Buffalo Lake Rd (SR 1115). Site is
located directly across from the intersection of Buffalo Lake Rd and Blanchard Rd (SR 1114).

Harnett County Public Utilities approved use of the water main along SR 1115 and
suggested that applicant extend sewer collection lines to the site with approval from the
same.
INTERCONNECTIVITY
Where, in the opinion of the Planning Board it is necessary to provide for access to an
adjoining property, proposed streets shall be extended by dedication to the boundary of
such property.

Resources for review and comments.
NC DOT has required a driveway permit, a 10’ X 70’ sight distance easement at the
intersection of SR 1115, and a 25’ right-of-way radius at all intersections.
Harnett County E-911 has approved road names.
