Site is located directly across from the intersection of Buffalo Lake Rd and Blanchard Rd (SR 1114). ATTACHMENTS  Reduced copy of plat  Harnett County Public Utilities approved use of the water main along SR 1115 and suggested that applicant extend sewer collection lines to the site with approval from the same.
