In reference to the street lighting for The Gate @ Lexington, Phase A, Part 1A, Central
Electric Membership Corporation has a contract in place with the developer(s) to install
street lighting for the subdivision. Energy usage of the street lights will be shared among the
individuals residing within the subdivision while the maintenance and ownership of the street
lights will be the responsibility of CEMC. We are currently designing the layout of the street
lighting and will adhere to the planning department's specifications and locations.
