Below you will find the key for this project, let me know if you have any questions.  All areas outlined in red are shown on GIS as they are plated. These areas are part of the Coopers Ranch Subdivsion and the zoning is RA-20M unless otherwise noted on the plat.  All areas outlined in pink are shown on GIS as a mobile home park consisting of 238 mobile home sites. There are no parcel lines shown in these areas and the pink outlined areas should be considered one large tract, and are zoned Commercial  All areas outlined in yellow consist of existing multi-family units judging from our aerials, and zoned RA-20M.  All areas outlined in purple consist of either lots that were plated and then recombined, or new lots that have been created since plat was done. The zoning corresponds to the underlying areas unless otherwise noted.  All areas outlined in orange consist of differently zoned areas that are not differentiated by parcel lines. Thanks, Landon
