You have requested a 10 foot buffer around the perimeter of the fence. If you will see on the plat, there is a 15 foot access easement (to be used by residents to get to the open space lot) on either side of this lot. The access easement overlaps with your buffer on both sides. Please let me know if you are okay with that.
