Public Utilities has no problem with our easement being overlapped by the open space on the lot where the sewer
lift station will be located as long as we are not blocked off from the station or the access road.

Hey Tim,
I’ve just finished reviewing Blackberry and have a question regarding the lift station lot. You have
requested a 10 foot buffer around the perimeter of the fence. If you will see on the plat, there is a 15 foot
access easement (to be used by residents to get to the open space lot) on either side of this lot. The access
easement overlaps with your buffer on both sides. Please let me know if you are okay with that. Either
way doesn’t matter to me, but it will have to be addressed if it’s not okay with you.
