The highlighted conditions have not been met.
Based on a review of the Master Preliminary, another street name is required in
this Phase to prevent addressing problems in the future. Nectar Ln will need to be
split into 2 streets. Please submit name for the street to the right of Bramble Ave,
currently Nectar Ln. Also, please note all street names on the Master Plan. Any

were conditionally approved. The revised plat can be found on the P: drive. Please
