WATER METERS WILL NOT BE RELEASED TO THIS PHASE UNTIL THE FINAL APPROVALS HAVE BEEN ISSUED BY NCDENR Public Utilities: EASEMENT INCLUDING LIFT STATION MUST BE DEEDED TO HCDPU PRIOR TO OR AT THE TIME OF FINAL RECORDATION Public Utilities: THE DEVELOPER'S PROFESSIONAL ENGINEER (PE) MUST OBTAIN THE NCDENR PERMITS FOR THE WATER AND SEWER UTILITY IMPROVEMENTS AND PROVIDE COPIES OF THE PERMITS TO THE UTILITY CONTRACTOR BEFORE CONSTRUCTION MAY BEGIN. THE UTILITY CONTRACTOR MUST POST THE NCDENR PERMITS ON SITE AND KEEP THEM ON SITE DURING THE CONSTRUCTION OF THE PROJECT. THE UTILITY CONTRACTOR MUST ALSO SCHEDULE A PRE- CONSTRUCTION CONFERENCE WITH HCDPU PRIOR TO THE START OF CONSTRUCTION  :  :  :  :  :  :     Development Review Board Chairman If APPROVED, your signed plat/plan may be picked up at the Planning Department or will be mailed to you the next business day. If APPROVED WITH CONDITIONS, you must submit 5 copies of the plat/plan showing that all items listed under Short Term Conditions have been rectified. If HELD, you must submit 10 copies of the plat/plan showing that all items listed under Short Term Conditions have been rectified. If DENIED, you may appeal the Board’s Decision to the Harnett County Planning Board within 30 days or meet with Planning Staff to discuss other potential options.
