The developer must provide a one year warranty on the water system once approved by NCDENR and HCDPU. Water meters will not be released to this phase until the final approval has been issued by NCDENR.  :  :  :  :  :  :  :  :  :     Development Review Board Chairman BLACKBERRY MANOR DECISION PACKET 3/16/2009 2 If APPROVED, your signed plat/plan may be picked up at the Planning Department or will be mailed to you the next business day. If APPROVED WITH CONDITIONS, you must submit 5 copies of the plat/plan showing that all items listed under Short Term Conditions have been rectified. If HELD, you must submit 10 copies of the plat/plan showing that all items listed under Short Term Conditions have been rectified. If DENIED, you may appeal the Board’s Decision to the Harnett County Planning Board within 30 days or meet with Planning Staff to discuss other potential options.
