Attached is the signed and approved preliminary for Phase 1 of Blackberry Manor. The Master Plan is also
included. As a reminder, the Master Plan was not approved by the DRB; it was submitted so that street length
issues in Phase 1 would be addressed and because the Public Utilities Department requires Master Plans. A copy
of the signed map will also be mailed to your office as well as to the developer.

Chris,
Since planning did not have comments on the last submittal we did not do a review. I have received
approval back from E911/Addressing, but have not yet received comment from the Fire Marshal. You
should check with that department for the status of their review. Once we hear directly from them, if they
can approve, the map will be signed off as approved.
