Thanks, I will have the mapping dept. make these changes and we will re-submit. The only thing that I would point
out is that lots 13 & 16 are wide enough, you have to take the tangent length plus the curve length to get the
overall lot width. I will make sure that this information is touched on in the cover letter with the re-submittal.

Attached is the most recent decision packet (regarding revisions submitted 07/25/07). I figured you would like to
get an emailed copy a day or two before you get the signed copy in the mail.
I haven’t heard back from the fire marshal’s office on Oakmont; however I will contact them this morning to
verify compliance with their conditions. Hopefully I will be able to get back to you on that today.
