Grey,
Harnett County Department of Public Utilities is ready to release the final plat for Ballard Woods Phase 4A for 22 lots on
septic tanks if Environmental Health is OK with the final soils report and associated sewer easements (where applicable).
However, the final plat for Phase 4A cannot indicate county sewer is available since the outfall line to the FV-Lillington
Wastewater Interceptor has not been installed. In addition, the easements for the proposed sewer outfall line must be
acquired soon, but this will not delay the approval or recordation of Phase 4A. The sewer service laterals for the lots in
Phase 4A must be protected from damages by builders until they are connected to the houses at a later time. Let me know
if anyone has any questions.

Welllll......where do we stand now with phase 4A. Samantha, you should have the bond, the fees have been paid,
environmental has been met with and seem okay, public utilities is okay (we are working with whomever now to get
moving on sewer line surveying, easements, etc.), what if anything could be left?
We need to get approval on this asap (we've lost 8 presales due to the delays with this s/d approval).
