You are correct, E911 has given approval of the revised map. We have not heard anything yet from Public
Utilities or Environmental Health.
The following issues must be addressed prior to Planning Department approval:
Need revised application showing corrected subdivision name, land use, and number of lots
Road signs must be paid
Rec fees must be paid
Stub-out must be bonded (I spoke with Mickey on this last week and he said that you knew we
would need the bond prior to approval and that you were working on it.)
We cannot grant approval until our concerns are addressed and we get the go ahead directly from the other
departments.

Just checking in to see where we are. Mickey Bennett talked with Tammy Ward and maybe E911 (they are
good to go). How are we with Planning and Utilities??
Beau met with Delores (our soils person) and Oliver (with environmental) and Delores is working on some
things to get back to environmental.
Can you please give me an update. We really need to get this phase recorded and lots sold. Our clock is
ticking.
