This is probably redundant but just to cover all our bases we can approve Ballard Woods based on the new map

Attached is a REVISED map of Ballard Woods Phase 4A. Per the developer and surveyor, the
only revisions that have been made were to the off-site septic easements. I haven’t yet had a
chance to review this map, so I cannot verify whether no other revisions have been made.
