REQUEST
The applicant, Streamline Surveying, is requesting approval for the revised Annascott
Place Preliminary Subdivision Plat. The proposed subdivision is an 18 lot single family
residential development.
This preliminary subdivision was originally approved for eleven (11) lots by the Harnett
County Planning Board at the September 2, 2003 meeting.
Lots 9 & 10 shall front and access through the subdivision street Annscott Drive only.
This project will be developed in two phases, first phase will include 4,5,6,18,17,16, and
15.
