REQUEST & ANALYSIS
The applicant, Streamline Surveying, is requesting approval for the revised
Annascott Place Preliminary Subdivision Plat. The proposed subdivision is a 17
lot single family residential development.
This preliminary subdivision was originally approved for eleven (11) lots by the
Harnett County Planning Board at the September 2, 2003 meeting.
This project will be developed in two phases
At the May 3, 2004, meeting the applicant failed to submit a written variance
request for additional driveways, as required Article VI, Section 7.1, and the
request was tabled until the next meeting.
The applicant has resubmitted his request reducing the number of lots to 17 and
the number of driveways to two drives. The reduction in the number of
driveways will void the need for a variance.
He removed one of the lots off Titan Roberts Road and as stated in the approved
driveway permits shared driveways will be required for lots 1 & 2.
The applicant has received approved driveway permits from NCDOT
