Inspector. If a punch list is generated from the final inspection then the punch list items must
be completed before the final plat can be released for recording.
The Professional Engineer (P.E.) must provide HCDPU with the As-Built Record Drawings and
the P.E. Certifications for the water and sewer improvements installed to serve this subdivision.
The Developer must provide HCDPU with the Cost Statements for the water and sewer
improvements installed to serve this subdivision.
