Final Plat must be on hold until the following items have been received by HCDPU:
A. The As-Built Record Drawings in three formats (digital, mylar and bond);
B. The P.E. certifications for the water snd sewer system improvements and
C. The cost statement for the water and sewer system improvements.
HCDPU must complete the final inspection of the warter and sewer system improvements that
will serve this subdivision.

A performance bond cannot be placed with Harnett County until the DEH Permit has been
issued for the proposed water line that will serve this development. Then the performance
bond must be reviewed and deemed satisfactory to cover all proposed utility improvements
before the final plat plan can be approved by HCDPU.
