SHORT TERM CONDITIONS, COMMENTS, OR JUSTIFICATIONS The following conditions are to be rectified prior to obtaining DRB signature and are subject to change during the course of the meeting. Fire Marshal (910)893-7580: All above items are not installed and approved at time of final  : Conditionally Approve inspection. E911/Addressing (910)814-2038: None  : Approve Submit complete bond for construction, etc.  Planning Department (910)893-7525: Conditionally Approve: Provide a letter from the power company certifying that street  lights will be installed accordingly. Final Plat must be on hold until the following items have been  Public Utilities (910)893-7575: received by HCDPU: : Conditionally Approve A. The As-Built Record Drawings in three formats (digital, mylar and bond); B. The P.E. certifications for the water and sewer system improvements and C. The cost statement for the water and sewer system improvements. HCDPU must complete the final inspection of the water and  sewer system improvements that will serve this subdivision. A performance bond cannot be placed with Harnett County  until the DEH Permit has been issued for the proposed water line that will serve this development. Then the performance bond must be reviewed and deemed satisfactory to cover all proposed utility improvements before the final plat plan can be approved by HCDPU. Contact at (910)433-3300. : Public Utilites The developer must provide HCDPU with a one (1) year  warranty on the water and sewer system improvements installed to served this subdivision. : : : : Development Review Board Chairman If APPROVED, your signed plat/plan may be picked up at the Planning Department or will be mailed to you within two (2) business days. If APPROVED WITH CONDITIONS, you must submit 5 copies of the plat/plan to the Planning Department showing that all items listed under Short Term Conditions have been rectified. Please be aware that review will not be done while you wait, as all DRB members will have to review the plat/plan for compliance. If HELD, you must submit 5 copies of the plat/plan showing that all items listed under Short Term Conditions have been rectified. To attend the next DRB meeting, revised plat/plans must be submitted by noon on Wednesday following the meeting the application was put on hold. If DENIED, you may appeal the Board’s Decision to the Harnett County Planning Board within 30 days or meet with Planning Staff to discuss other potential options.
