Comments: The new water lines installed in Phase 4B-1A have been inspected and tested per Harnett
County Department of Public Utilities (HCDPU) requirements. The professional engineer has not
submitted
the As-Built Record Drawings, PE Certification and Cost Statement to HCDPU. The Developer and
Contractor must provide HCDPU with a one (1) year warranty on the new water lines that serve this
phase of the subdivision once approved by HCDPU.

Comments: The new sewer collection lines installed in Phase 4B-1A have been inspected and tested per
Harnett County Department of Public Utilities (HCDPU) requirements. The professional engineer has not
submitted the As-Built Record Drawings, PE Certification and Cost Statement to HCDPU. The Developer
and Contractor must provide HCDPU with a one (1) year warranty on the new sewer lines that serve this
phase of the subdivision once approved by HCDPU.
NOTE: HCDPU provides this information as a curteousy to the developer and professional engineer for
design purposes. However, HCDPU cannot be held liable for errors, mistakes, ommissions, and
inaccurate
information provided through this preliminary and/or final plat approval process. It is therefore
recommended that the professional engineer or developer "field verify" the information provided by
HCDPU.

SHORT TERM: The professional engineer must submit the As-Built Record Drawings, PE Certification

Cost Statement to HCDPU for the new water and sewer collection lines installed in this phase of the

LONGE RANGE: The Developer and Contractor must provide HCDPU with a one (1) year warranty on
the
new water and sewer collection lines and associated appurtenances that serve this subdivision once
approved by HCDPU.
