The following conditions are to be rectified prior to obtaining DRB signature and are subject to change during the course of the
meeting.
Planning Department: REQUIRED SUBDIVISION PLATS MUST BE SUBMITTED

Fire Mashal: THE STREETS AND CUL-DE-SACS (MICAHS WAY AND OVERVIEW DRIVE) AT THE NORTHERN END
OF THE PHASE HAS NOT BEEN COMPLETED
Fire Mashal: UNABLE TO VERIFY HYDRANT PLACEMENT
Public Utilities: HCDPU must complete the inspections and testing of the water and sewer line extensions
installed to serve Anderson creek Club - Phase 4B-2A.
Public Utilities: The professional engineer must submit the As-Built Record Drawings, PE Certification and Cost
Statement to HCDPU for the new water and sewer collection lines installed in this phase of the
subdivision.

LONG RANGE CONDITIONS
The following conditions must be satisfied
Public Utilities: The Developer must provide HCDPU with a one (1) year warranty on the new water lines and
sewer collection lines and associated appurtenances that serve this subdivision once approved by
HCDPU and NCDENR.

If APPROVED, your signed plat/plan may be picked up at the Planning Department or will be mailed to you the next business
day.
If APPROVED WITH CONDITIONS, you must submit 5 copies of the plat/plan showing that all items listed under Short Term
Conditions have been rectified.
If HELD, you must submit 10 copies of the plat/plan showing that all items listed under Short Term Conditions have been
rectified.
If DENIED, you may appeal the Board’s Decision to the Harnett County Planning Board within 30 days or meet with Planning
Staff to discuss other potential options.
